Background:
I was trained in organic chemistry and chemical biology at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. I joined the Fairlie Group for my Master thesis at the University of Copenhagen due to my interest in cyclic peptides as suitable scaffolds with desirable drug-like properties in drug discovery.
Research Interests:
My research interests encompass synthetic organic chemistry, bioorganic chemistry (in particular peptide and protein synthesis) and chemical biology.
Future goals
To further develop my capabilities in organic chemistry to address problems of biomedical significance.
